Automation Developer

Responsibilities

. Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Python, VS Code, Flask, and Power Automate.

. Build and maintain AI-enabled chatbots capable of database queries and ticket creation in ServiceNow.

. Integrate email workflows and automate processes between email and ServiceNow.

. Write independent, production-quality automation scripts based on project requirements.

. Support and maintain existing systems and deliver projects for end clients as needed.

. Willingness to learn and take on administrative tasks in ServiceNow and Twilio, and provide backup support for these technologies.

. Engage in business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and system maintenance.

Requirements

. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI automation (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also be considered).

. Proficiency in Python and VS Code for automation scripting.

. Experience with Flask and Power Automate is a plus.

. Familiarity with API integrations, especially with LLMs and external tools.

. Ability to work independently and deliver automation solutions without heavy reliance on hyperscaler platforms.

. Willingness to learn ServiceNow and Twilio (prior experience not mandatory, but an interest to upskill is required).

. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
