Automation and Workflow Orchestration Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Produce a highlevel solution design for ControlM and WCM, including:
o Overall architecture topology (ControlM/EM, EM Add-Ons like WCM, WA, MFTe, BIM, Self-service, ControlM/Server, agents, plugins, APIs).
o Integration landscape (ServiceNow, observability, log aggregation, monitoring tools, Azure DevOps, APIs).
o HA and DR approach, including RTO 2 hours and RPO 0.
. Produce a lowlevel design (LLD) detailing:
o Infrastructure layout (servers/VMs, clusters, storage, network zones, firewall flows).
o OS, DB, Control-M component versions and configuration baselines.
o Sizing model (CPU, memory, storage, IOPS, network bandwidth) for current and projected workloads.
o Data architecture (ControlM database schema usage, growth, retention, archiving).
. Prepare material and artefacts required for Bank's domain architect and solution design boards.
. Present and obtain approvals from:
o Domain architecture, security, network, infrastructure, and application governance forums.
. Update design artefacts per review feedback until formal approval and signoff.
. Implement the agreed ControlM architecture across required environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, PreProd, Prod, DR).
. Install and configure:
o ControlM/Enterprise Manager and associated Add-Ons Self-service, BIM
o Package and Rollout Control-M/EM GUI clients on SCCM/XenDesktop/VDIs
o ControlM/Server.
o ControlM Agents (including Advanced File Transfer and application plugins as required).
o Control-M/EM Add-ons: Workload Change Manager (WCM), Workload Archiving
. Design and implement:
o ControlM/EM topology, including logical servers, domains, and security zones.
o Agent deployment strategy and locations (onprem, cloud, containers, DMZ if required).
