The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global bank to look for a Automation and Manual Tester (Bank)
• Starts off as a 6 months contract
• At MBFC

Key Responsibilities

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
. Develop, execute, and document comprehensive UAT test cases based on business requirements.
. Coordinate and manage testing activities across regional teams to ensure adequate coverage of country-specific business processes and regulatory requirements.
. Facilitate testing workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and defect triage sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
. Track testing progress, monitor defect resolution, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
. Ensure testing outcomes are properly documented and aligned with business acceptance criteria.

Data Migration Support
Data Assessment & Cleansing
. Assess data quality and perform data cleansing activities to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
. Standardize and enrich data to ensure readiness for migration.
. Collaborate with business users to resolve data quality issues and validate ownership.

Data Migration Preparation
. Support migration planning and execution activities.
. Validate data transformation rules and ensure proper source-to-target field mappings.
. Review migration requirements and identify potential data risks and dependencies.

Migration Testing & Validation
. Execute migration testing and perform reconciliation between source and target systems.
. Validate migrated records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
. Ensure data integrity and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle.
