Autocad Draftsman

Responsibilities

. Well experienced with auto-cad for pre-com, topo, boundary & long section survey drawing drafting work.

. Working closely with the surveyors to meet the deliverables.

. Ensure all drawings to meet client requirments.

. Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing. Verified accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.

. Prepare and submit pre and post-construction drawings.

. Submit drawings to Govt dept for approval. Familiar with LTA, URA submssions.

Requirement

. Strong oral and written communication skills

. Good time management and independent skills.

. More than 3+ years of expereince.

Education

. Singapore Land survey certificate (SISV approved), Diploma in land surveying, Diploma Civil Engineering preferred with relevant land surveying working experience.
