Job Summary
You will create detailed 2D AutoCAD drafts for ACMV, sprinkler, and plumbing designs, ensuring compliance with government e-filing requirements. Collaborate with project teams and conduct occasional site visits to support project execution.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings to support ACMV, sprinkler, and plumbing system designs for construction projects
- Apply knowledge of government e-filing procedures to submit required documentation efficiently and compliantly
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify design implementation and resolve drafting issues on location
- Work independently to manage drafting tasks and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Utilize BIM knowledge to enhance drafting accuracy and coordination when applicable
- Demonstrate self-motivation and maturity to maintain high-quality work standards and proactive problem-solving
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 2D AutoCAD drafting
- Experience with ACMV, sprinkler, and plumbing system design drafting
- Familiarity with BIM software to support integrated design workflows
