Auditor

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits on cleanliness, maintenance, and enforcement works across

assigned sites

- Assess contractors performance based on MSO standards, SOPs, and KPIs

- Document audit findings accurately with supporting evidence (photos, reports, checklists)

- Highlight non-compliances, lapses, and recurring issues for follow-up actions

- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports within stipulated timelines

- Track and monitor rectification works to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily

- Liaise with stakeholders (contractors, supervisors, and MSO officers) on audit findings

- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

- Ensure audits are conducted objectively and in accordance with established guidelines
