We are partnering with a leading global manufacturer that supplies products to major international brands. As part of strengthening our governance and audit readiness, we are seeking a qualified Auditor to independently assess the regional manufacturing sites.
This role is critical in validating compliance with brand requirements, social standards, quality systems, and HSE protocols — ensuring our factories are fully prepared for customer assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform independent audits of manufacturing sites covering social compliance, quality, HSE, and customer‑specific standards.
- Evaluate existing controls, documentation, and operational practices to identify gaps ahead of customer or brand audits.
- Review factory readiness for brand audit protocols, Codes of Conduct, and major international brand requirements.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, root-cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
- Support the monitoring of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and verify closure during follow‑up visits.
- Provide objective insights to senior management regarding compliance risks, site performance, and audit trends.
Requirements
- Relevant audit certification and 5+ years of experience in compliance audits, brand audits, internal audit, or operational compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, footwear, consumer goods, or supply chain operations is a good to have.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage factory teams and stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working across multiple sites.
- Willingness to travel regionally for on‑site audits.
