Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support vessel class audits with Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, LR, BV, etc.).
- Arrange and follow up on statutory surveys and certifications.
- Handle BizSafe, ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, as applicable).
- Track audit findings and monitor closure of non‑conformities.
- Assist in planning and execution of internal and external ISO audits.
- Maintain audit documentation, records, and reports.
- Support implementation and monitoring of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure continued compliance with company QHSE management systems.
- Prepare and issue quotations for vessel surveys, inspection and technical services.
- Coordinate, monitor, and handle NDT projects to ensure timely and compliant execution.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience in vessel class audits and surveys, statutory surveys and certifications, ISO and QHSE management systems.
- Prior experience liaising with Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, LR, BV, etc.) is essential.
- Hands‑on experience supporting or coordinating BizSafe and ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience preparing and issuing quotations for vessel surveys, inspections and technical services.
- Experience monitoring and handling NDT projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong follow‑up capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
