As Audit Manager at Joe Tan & Associates PAC Chartered Accountants, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements for clients across a diverse range of industries. Based in our central Singapore office, this full-time role will see you playing a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of audit quality and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, manage and oversee the execution of audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to relevant professional and firm standards
- Review and assess the work of audit teams, providing coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training to more junior staff
- Liaise with clients to understand their business, identify key risk areas and deliver insightful recommendations
- Prepare and present high-quality audit reports and financial statements to clients
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance audit quality, processes and thought leadership
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations
What we're looking for
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in external audit, ideally gained within a reputable accounting firm
- Proven track record of successfully managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Professional qualification in Accountancy
- Aspire to be promoted to audit partner
