Managing a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
Undertake a wide variety of assignments in the provision of other high value-added services i.e., financial due diligence, special purpose audit and review, financial reporting standards advisory etc.
Lead and oversee audit engagement, which include audit planning, field work and audit reporting.
Research and analyse financial statement and audit related issues.
Acquire a working knowledge of the client's business and demonstrate professional interest in providing our clients with quality service.
As a portfolio leader, you must develop and motivate the engagement staff, and provide them with counselling and career guidance.
Report to Partners/Directors/Managers.
Job Requirements
Degree in accountancy or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/MICPA/CPA Australia with 3-4 years working experience in mid or large sized accounting firm.
Good command of English language, written and spoken.
Good leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
Good interpersonal skill and proactive approach are essential.
Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.
Have interest in continuous learning and development, and advancement in the Firm.
