Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute external audits across diverse industries for small to medium-sized companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage overseas audit assignments to broaden audit exposure and apply global best practices.
- Analyze and apply knowledge of relevant business operations and risk management issues to identify audit risks and recommend improvements.
- Navigate and apply Singapore's regulatory and financial reporting standards to ensure audit compliance.
- Independently manage audit assignments from planning through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate audited and unaudited financial statements and tax computations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Deliver high-quality audit work efficiently under tight deadlines to support client needs and business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to facilitate audit processes and resolve issues.
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification or ACCA finalist status.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years local audit experience.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work with responsibility, integrity, and a professional work attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and audit teams effectively.
