Responsibilities

. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the audit practice

. Manage a portfolio of key clients and deliver exceptional audit services

. Oversee PCAOB and IPO audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance

. Maintain and develop strong client relationships while building new business opportunities

. Oversee quality assurance and ensure full compliance with professional and regulatory standards

. Guide and mentor audit teams to develop technical excellence (e.g., SFRS, IFRS, US GAAP, ACRA, PCAOB)

. Participate actively in firm-wide leadership, operational planning, and growth initiatives

. Lead technical discussions on complex accounting and auditing matters

. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in audit methodology and practice management

Requirements

. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)

. At least 10 years of progressive experience in external audit

. Proven track record in client management and business development

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and sound judgment

. Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead audit teams effectively

. Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and commercial acumen
