Key Responsibilities

. Lead audit engagements and manage client portfolios.

. Review audit work and mentor team members.

. Ensure compliance with professional standards.

. Strengthen risk management processes and ensure high-quality audits.

Requirements

. Professional Qualification: CA Singapore, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia, or an equivalent recognized professional qualification.

. Experience: Minimum 8 years of audit experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

. Technical Capabilities: Strong technical audit proficiency, sharp analytical skills, and excellent written and spoken English.

. Local Track Record: Singapore qualifications and local audit experience are highly advantageous.

. Proactive Mindset: A collaborative leader with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for developing people.
