What You'll

Do:As an audit manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of local and international clients, leading audit engagements from planning through completion while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standar

ds.You'll partner closely with senior leadership, build trusted client relationships, mentor and develop your team, and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the practi

Key Responsibilit

ies:• Lead and manage multiple audit and assurance engagements from planning to complet

ion.• Oversee a portfolio of local and multinational clients across diverse industr

ies.• Review audit work to ensure compliance with SFRS, IFRS, SSA and

ISA.• Provide practical solutions on complex accounting and audit matt

ers.• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakehold

ers.• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, profitability and bill

ing.• Coach, mentor and develop audit professionals through regular feedback and performance managem

ent.• Collaborate with partners and business development teams on proposals and new client opportunit

ies.• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvem

ing:We're looking for a confident audit professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and client management ski

lls.
You'll ideally

have:• A recognised professional accounting qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equival

ent).• At least 6 years of external audit experience, preferably within an international or established public accounting

firm.• Strong technical knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, SSA and

ISA.• Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading t

eams.• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environ

ment.• A proactive mindset with a passion for developing people and delivering quality outc

omes.
