KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage assurance engagements by defining theaudit strategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute itincompliance with the firm's policies and protocols. When required, you'llpersonally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams onengagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
. Manage projects and engagements profitablyby leading the team to perform efficiently.
. Monitor the assurance team's progressagainst the plan and alter it when needed.
. Cultivate and manage business developmentopportunities. Generate new business opportunities by understanding theservices provided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways toapply knowledge and services.
. Conduct timely performance reviews and provideperformance feedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences that cultivatetechnical competencies.
. Develop people by encouraging individuals tothink for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assuranceteam.

. Good project management skills.

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ora related field.
. Obtained or in the final stages of obtainingCPA Singapore qualification.
. Working knowledge of CaseWare audit softwarea strong advantage.
. At least 3 years of related work experience Inamanagerial
