- Position Title: Audit Manager (Banking/Insurance)
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday Friday (8:45 AM 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $ 8,500 + Twice Yearly Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of audit engagements for financial services clients, with a focus on banking and capital markets, in compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit portfolios, managing budgets, resourcing strategies, billing, and collections.
- Oversee the management of audit portfolios, including monitoring progress against plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Drive the client experience by managing client relationships and accounts effectively.
- Build and manage a professional audit team, providing regular coaching and feedback for continuous performance enhancement.
- Engage the team to deliver value-added services to clients.
- Maintain a working knowledge of accounting literature, trends, and technical issues relevant to the financial services industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify potential issues, risks, and best practices.

- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, preferably with a professional qualification in CA (Singapore) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of audit experience.
- Experience in auditing clients in banking and capital markets, payments, and/or fintech space preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk management, compliance requirements, auditing standards, and accounting principles.
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
