Job Summary

As an Audit Associate, you will conduct audits of childcare centres and kindergartens to verify compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring proper governance and accountability in government subsidy disbursement and Child Development Account (CDA) fund usage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse children's profiles and enrolment records to verify accuracy and compliance with subsidy guidelines
• Coordinate audit arrangements by liaising effectively with childcare centre staff
• Conduct on-site audit fieldwork including verifying attendance records and contacting parents to confirm information
• Perform follow-up procedures to address and resolve audit findings
• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports summarizing fieldwork outcomes and compliance status
• Travel to childcare centres to perform audit duties as required
