Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of SME audit clients by leading audit engagements in compliance with firm policies and professional standards, resolving technical issues, and fostering client relationships to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for SME clients, ensuring compliance with the Firm's policies, procedures, and approved professional standards to deliver high-quality assurance services
- Direct audit teams to resolve technical matters effectively, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit work
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for new business development
- Apply analytical thinking and initiative to assess audit risks and provide insightful recommendations to clients
- Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
- Demonstrate relevant experience delivering audit and assurance services in large or mid-tier international public accounting firms
- Possess or be ready to apply for a practicing certificate

- Exhibit strong technical skills in auditing standards and accounting principles
- Apply initiative and analytical skills to enhance audit quality and client service
