Audit Associate

Job Responsibilities:

. Assist in performing external audit fieldwork under supervision

. Support audit team in documentation of audit procedures in accordance with firm and regulatory standards (e.g., SSA)

. Prepare audit working papers using audit software and templates

. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRs)

. Establish good working relationships with clients and engagement team members.

. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA

. At least 1 year's working experience in audit firm

. Proficient in computer skills & Ms Office

. Team player with strong analytical skills and time management skills, attention to detail

. Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards

. Need to communicate with Chinese speaking clients

. Experience with audits of VCC, shipping companies, commodity trading companies, consolidation and group audits is an advantage

. Candidates who are able to commence work immediately is an advantage
