We are seeking a meticulous and driven Audit Assistant Manager/Manager to join our assurance team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution. You'll lead engagement teams, manage a diverse portfolio ranging from local SMEs to Multi-National Corporations (MNCs), and ensure every file stands up to the rigorous scrutiny of Singapore's regulatory framework.
1. Technical Excellence
Lead and manage full-cycle statutory audits in compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International).
Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues, particularly regarding Revenue Recognition (SFRS(I) 15) and Leases (SFRS(I) 16).
Utilize and implement Data Analytics (DA) tools to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
2. Stakeholder & Project Management
Manage project timelines and budgets strictly to ensure busy season efficiency.
Liaise with external parties, including legal counsel and tax authorities (IRAS), where necessary.
Present audit findings and internal control recommendations to Board Directors and Audit Committees.
3. Leadership & Development
Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional skepticism.
Contribute to internal training programs and the firm's technical excellence initiatives.
