The Audiology and Business Development Specialist serves as a key connection between clinical expertise and strategic growth in Southern Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia). This role combines clinical training, support, collaboration, and business development initiatives to promote Advanced Bionics technologies and drive market expansion in the region. The specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring seamless introduction and adoption of new products across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development (40%)
Revenue Generation & Account Management
New Business Development
Identify and pursue new market segments
Establish strategic partnerships with local distributors, and professional association
Lead tender submissions and RFP responses for institutional sales opportunities
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches
Create business cases and ROI analyses for prospective clients
2. Clinical Education and Training (25%)

What do you need to be successful in this role
Degree in Audiology and or Diploma /Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
35 years of experience in business development, Public Relation, or marketing (B2B preferred) , Cochlear Implant experience a plus
Fluent in English (and other regional languages a plus)
Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities
Willing to travel regionally as required
