Job Description

Driven by the passion to improve quality of people's lives, WSA continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.

We are looking for a curious and collaborative Audiologist to join our R&D team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with developers, project managers, and clinical researchers to shape the audiological direction of our products — from verification activities to perceptual studies and beyond.

What you will do

  • Conduct audiological verification activities including creation, review, and release of test specifications, plans, execution, and reports within project milestones
  • Perform verification and validation activities to support product development at key project milestones
  • Plan and conduct internal and external perceptual studies with subjects to inform product development decisions
  • Provide audiological recommendations to R&D developers and projects for new or existing software features, hardware features, or user workflows
  • Align with project managers on audiological deliverables and provide regular status updates to the AVI team lead
  • Engage in continuous learning of new platform features to stay current with evolving product capabilities.

What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audiology or a similar field
  • University degree in audiology or a related field of study
  • Good understanding of hearing aid technology and audiological assessment principles
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with comfort in documentation-heavy work (60-65% of the role)
  • Familiarity with clinical research or product verification processes is advantageous
  • Project management skills and collaborative communication across functional teams are advantageous.

Sounds wonderful We can't wait to hear from you.
