Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of the Club's audio-visual systems, including LED walls, LED floors, sound, and lighting
Oversee technical preparations for events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality production standards
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support during live events, minimizing disruptions and enhancing guest experience
Collaborate with event and operations teams to deliver engaging, visually impactful, and well-coordinated productions
Maintain all audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Requirement
Certification or diploma in electrical / electronic or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in audio-visual (AV) setup, operation, and maintenance, preferably in events, nightlife, or hospitality environments
Knowledge of electrical safety and equipment handling standards
Physical ability to handle equipment setup, lifting, and prolonged standing during events
Strong technical knowledge of sound systems, lighting consoles, and AV control systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, especially during live events
Good understanding of lighting design, audio mixing, and visual display optimization
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live-event environments with strong attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with event, production, and operations teams
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
