Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and test Audio Visual (AV) solutions for meeting rooms and collaboration space
- Support certification and testing of AV solutions and components for production environments
- Ensure seamless integration of AV systems following established product lifecycle and governance processes
- Set up and configure AV systems for proof-of-concept, testing, and deployment scenarios
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, reference guides, and knowledge base materials
- Define, execute, and document setup and testing procedures provide training to relevant teams
- Collaborate with Video, Engineering, and Network Security teams for integration and testing activities
- Manage application-related deliverables for AV platforms, including release notes, version control, and design tracking
- Drive standardization and best practices across AV environments and transformation initiatives
- Support Agile project delivery using tools such as JIRA
- Provide engineering support to AV integrators and project managers during deployments and migrations
- Coordinate and execute AV deployments across sites, including user, floor, and office migrations
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for critical AV-related incidents and business-impacting issues
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and business users to deliver effective AV solutions
- Contribute to system design, optimization, and technical feasibility assessments for AV infrastructure
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Audio Visual, Broadcast, IT, or related field, with strong engineering background
- Proven experience in deploying AV solutions for meeting rooms and collaboration environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AV technologies such as Cisco Video systems, Crestron, AMX, Brightsign
- Experience in AV migrations, lifecycle management, and large-scale deployment projects
- Solid understanding of system design, integration, and configuration of AV technologies
- Experience providing L3 support and managing complex technical issues
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Relevant certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Q-Sys, Cisco CCNA are advantageous
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred
