Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an Audio Visual Executive. The Audio Visual Executive will oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for various events hosted at the hotel. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with event organizers, ensuring high-quality sound and visuals, planning equipment needs, and ensuring all event AV requirements align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment including sound systems, microphones, projectors, and video conferencing tools.
- Event coordination skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, understand AV needs, and ensure smooth event execution.
- Technical troubleshooting abilities to manage and resolve AV issues efficiently during live events.
- Effective communication and multitasking skills to liaise with teams and participants in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate event schedules.
- Prior experience in an AV or event management role is preferred.
- A relevant certification or diploma in audio-visual technology, event management, or a related field is an advantage.
