We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Engineer to join our team. This role will support by providing technical solutions, preparing proposals, system designs, quotations, and tender submissions for AV projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare AV system proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
- Prepare system designs, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams on project requirements.
- Source and evaluate AV products and solutions based on project needs.
- Assist with project handover and technical clarification during project execution.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with technical specifications and project requirements.
- Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process.
