We are looking fora Material Account Manager to come onboard in our Services directorate.

The Materials Manager serves as the strategic liaison between ATR's Global Supply Chain and its regional operators. Following the implementation of the New Back Office (NBO), this role is designed to transition from transactional processing to high-level account management. The primaryobjectiveis to act as the Voice of the Customer within ATR, ensuring operational continuity, material availability, and long-term strategic planning for assigned operators.

ACTIVITIES

Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning

  • Voice of Customer (VoC):Conduct structured customer reviews and site visits toidentifymaterial pain points, expectations, and operational requirements.

  • Backlog Management:Maintainreal-time oversight of customer priorities and urgent requirements to ensure supply chain alignment.

  • Performance Benchmarking:Analyze material support KPIs, present performance data to operators, andestablishcollaborative Action Plans.

  • Material Forecasting:Collaborate with operators on maintenance forecasting (C-Checks, major components) and line maintenance stock strategies to ensure proactive parts provisioning.

Internal Stakeholder Management & Advocacy

  • Commercial Support:Provide the Commercial and Sales departments with competitive market intelligence andassistin developing value-based propositionsto customers.

  • Supply Chain Optimization:Act as a conduit for the Supply Chain team, providing demand visibility andaccurateprioritization to improve inventory lead times.

  • Internal Communication:Serve as the primary internal focal point to synchronize Technical, Commercial, Supply, and Repair departments for seamless service delivery.

Escalation & Operational Enablement

  • AOG Resolution:Supporttheresolution of complex Aircraft on Ground (AOG) scenarios where standard inventory is unavailable,reflecting customer operational situation as accurately as possible to ATR AOG Desk.

  • Level 2 Support:Act as the escalation point for the New Back Office (NBO) to resolvehighly complexor non-standard material queries.

  • Risk Mitigation:Identifypotential material dissatisfaction or supply risks and communicate them to Customer Support Directors (CSD)to manage customer expectations efficiently.

  • Minimum Diploma or A Level Degree in Logistics or Aviation preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years within the Aviation industry (Materials/Supply Chain/Technical Support).

  • Proficiency inSAP(MM/SD modules) andMicrosoft Office(Advanced Excel).

  • Professional fluency in written and verbal English.

  • Stakeholdermanager: Ability to lead without authority and align diverse internal departments (Supply, Repairs, Commercial) to prioritize customer needs.

  • Conflictresolution:Ability tomaintaina professional demeanor and find mutually beneficial solutions during high-pressure situations like AOG or material shortages.

  • Interpersonalskills: Ability to translate complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights for both airline operators and ATR senior management.
