Job Description
- Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production.
- Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods.
- Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up.
- Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature.
- Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products.
- Support qualification activities and customer return debug.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in semiconductor product development.
- Experience with ATE test program development - Advantest 93K, a must.
- Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python).
- Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS).
- Knowledgeable in statistical analysis.
- Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working hours: Shifts working hours (night/weekend).
