Astt Finance Manager

The Employer is a well-established Singapore-based manufacturer of electrical products. With a 50-year track record in manufacturing high quality electrical products, it supplies its products to customers in Singapore as well as several countries across the world. It employs about 200 staff and its products conform to the highest global quality and safety standards. It is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to be based at its plant in Tuas.

Key Responsibilites:

• Financial strategy, funding, and cash flow planning.

• . Review and approve payments and customer credit limits in line with company policies.

• . Oversee monthly closing, cash position, and management reporting.

• . Budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives.

• . Debt recovery tracking recommend actions.

• . Internal and external audits, GST submissions, and corporate tax filings.

• . Oversee corporate insurance policies including property, industrial, and liability coverage.

• . Compliance with financial reporting and statutory regulations

Requirements

. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields

. 5-8 years of experience in finance role, preferably in a mid- to large-sized manufacturing company

. Strong background in financial operations, audit, tax, costing and compliance

. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
