Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate and support project activities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of various floor finishing materials including including homogenous tiles, granolithic chipping, mosaic, granite and terracotta etc and could offer suitable material selection suggestion based on project requirement
- Conduct on-site measurements to accurately estimate project quantities and prepared proposed drawings for presentation
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing construction projects
- Coordinate site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule
- Monitor site work and maintain project documentation
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site workers
- Responsible for quality check, coordinate with local testing laboratories to arrange material testing, ensuring all materials comply with industry quality standards
