Job Summary
Oversee and lead cable installation projects from start to finish, ensuring professional execution, timely progress, safety compliance, and effective customer engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver cable installation projects on schedule and within scope
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress against timelines
- Direct project teams by setting clear goals and providing guidance to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Conduct and participate in project meetings, including safety and site meetings, to coordinate activities and address issues
- Inspect worksites regularly to verify safety standards, work quality, and compliance with statutory regulations
- Manage and coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth job execution without delays
- Facilitate application processes for all necessary working permits related to the project, supporting customers as needed
- Assist customers in conducting feasibility studies for cable routing and recommend optimal routes
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve problems efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional and honest communication with customers, ensuring availability and responsiveness throughout the project
