Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.
Co-ordinating with Main-contractor and sub-contractor on shop drawing, catalogue and technical submission.
Attending main-contractor's coordination and technical meetings
Attending discussion and understanding of architect and consultans's directions.
Liaise and obtaining of quotation and technical date and suppliers.
Monitoring of site installation progress and conduct inspection of variation works.
Liaison with main-contractor and site staff for inspection.
Updating of site progress report and submission of progress claim.
Excution of company policy on safety measures and control on site.
Meeting tight deadline and committed involvement of Authority inspection.
Identify, rectification and handling over of defects after completion.
Oversee project budgets and financial reporting, including forecasting and cost tracking.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in structure/civil engineering or building services engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience in metal roofing, structure or construction industry.
Knowledge of local government safety requirements, rules and regulations.
