About the job

  • Lead Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Execution:Manage the entire purchase-to-pay cycle for a broad portfolio oftechnical equipment, facility services, and critical utilities, ensuring alignment with rigorous operational demands, safety compliance, and business timelines.
  • Drive Cost Efficiency and Governance:Conduct detailedspend analysisto identify cost-saving opportunities and utiliseERP systemsfor accurate record-keeping, performance monitoring, and compliance with all internal procurement policies and controls.
  • Manage the Contract Life-cycle:Support the formal tendering process, includingRFP development, supplier evaluation, and contract administration. Participate in vendor negotiations to secure optimal terms and pricing.
  • Partner with Internal Stakeholders:Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to translate complex technical requirements into precise procurement specifications, ensuring materials and services meet high-quality functional standards.
  • Promote Supply Chain Resilience and Sustainability:Cultivate strong relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, while actively integratingsustainable and ethical sourcing criteriainto purchasing decisions.

skills and experience required

  • bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • min. 4 years of experience in handling procurement of parts and services (preferably within the aviation, industrial, or manufacturing space)
