We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our bakery outlet. This role assists the Outlet Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining service standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Supervise and guide service crew and bakery staff during shifts
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team development
Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation
Support implementation of promotions and sales initiatives
Step in to manage the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations
Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control
Experience in bakery or caf operations
Food safety certification
Familiarity with POS systems and reporting tools
