Asst Outlet Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our bakery outlet. This role assists the Outlet Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining service standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensuring smooth workflow

• Supervise and guide service crew and bakery staff during shifts

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team development

• Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation

• Support implementation of promotions and sales initiatives

• Step in to manage the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations

• Supervisory or team leader experience preferred

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or caf operations

• Food safety certification

• Familiarity with POS systems and reporting tools
