Primary Purpose and Function
- Responsible of driving and grow tender sales
- Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors / solutions
- To support Company's business planning and development function
- To support product planning & development
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground
- Supervisor, monitor and review vendors solution costing and quality
- Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded tenders
- Support AGM's planning works on business and product development
- Understanding of CV market development in competitor products development
Competency Requirement
- Good knowledge in MS Office and tool such as PowerPoints, Excel, Power BI, etc
- Good knowledge of Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for government tender
- Good knowledge of Automotive business (CV preferred) to support & product planning / development
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
- At least 3 years in tender related work
- Involved in business / products development / planning work
