You will manage the finance, procurement and office administration for the Cluster and Satellite Offices. You will also support in the curation of future volunteer training programmes/ materials, team building and learning initiatives at the Cluster level.
Finance & Procurement
- Monitor cluster budget and expenditures, assist in forecasting and manage the allocations to Satellite Offices (SOs), and highlight budget exceptions for intervention
- Collaborate with the SOs on budgetary marksmanship and strengthen projection capabilities to ensure healthy cashflow
- Manage centralized repository of finance and procurement processes, such as the procurement of goods, services and other service & supply contracts, vendor management, coordination of payments and deliveries, and distribution of items/collaterals purchased by or attained by HQ for the SOs within the Cluster
- Establish strong working relationship with the HQ F&P business partner to optimize and improve processes for more effective operations
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee and manage office equipment and infrastructure planning for the Cluster and SOs
- Work closely with HQ departments to coordinate volunteer management and training, gather feedback and ground sensing and identify areas for improvement, training gaps and needs
- Support HQ departments in the curation of future volunteer training programmes/ materials, team building and learning initiatives, such as Townhalls, Learning Days, Teambuilding & other cohesion events, and align with HQ on relevant culture and employee engagement communications
Job Requirements - A degree or equivalent in any field, from a recognised University
- Minimally 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to manage multiple partners and stakeholders
- Familiarity with community and healthcare partners and stakeholders would be an advantage
- Good communication and writing skill
