Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operations &Service Management

  • Oversee day-to-day Trauma Centre operations and patient flow.
  • Ensure efficient use of manpower, resources, and services.
  • Lead quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.

Strategic Planning& Transformation

  • Develop and implement the Centre's strategic plans and trauma masterplan.
  • Translate strategy into actionable projects, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support senior leadership committees and workgroups through planning and coordination.

Trauma System Development

  • Improve and integrate trauma care processes across departments and institutions.
  • Enhance the patient journey from admission through recovery.
  • Introduce innovative care models and operational improvements.

Data Analytics &Innovation

  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor outcomes and service performance.
  • Analyse clinical and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the use of predictive analytics and digital solutions.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.

Community Engagement& Injury Prevention

  • Lead public education and outreach programmes on injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, schools, and community organisations.
  • Support national initiatives such as injury prevention conferences and awareness campaigns.

Financial & Resource Planning

  • Support budgeting, business planning, and resource allocation.
  • Develop funding proposals and new service initiatives.
  • Balance financial sustainability with service quality and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 -8 years of relevant working experience in healthcare

Meticulous with good organisational and coordination abilities

Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power Automate, Power Query)
