Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager Process Governance & Programmes to oversee SOP management, process verification, and programme coordination. The role supports strong governance practices, effective HR processes, and the organization of Life Program activities for cancer survivors/patients, ensuring smooth execution and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Verify, monitor, and improve internal processes for compliance and effectiveness
- Ensure implementation and adherence to approved processes across teams
- Plan, organize, and coordinate Life Programme activities for cancer survivors
- Support HR operations including onboarding, payroll, leave administration, policy implementation etc
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Relevant experience in process governance, HR operations, and programme organisation/coordination will be advantageous
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work sensitively and professionally on survivor-focused programmes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
