Asst Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Execute Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) procedures as per the planned schedule.
• Perform inspections required by scheduled TPM tasks or work order requests.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Carry out regular maintenance tasks at the facility in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Proactively identify and address maintenance and operational needs.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in carrying out maintenance activities.
• Allocate the necessary resources to execute work orders, track progress, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Assess the need for mechanical spare parts to prevent delays in TPM and manage tools and instrument inventory/maintenance.
• Set up and manage small-scale workshop activities.
• Identify and address abnormalities promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform TPM-related tasks.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, recommend corrective actions, and conduct follow-up checks.
• Contribute to the development of efficient maintenance methods for new equipment or plants and participate in installation and commissioning processes.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a power plant environment.
• Strong working knowledge of plant operations, particularly in the electrical field.
• Positive, highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude.
• Possess a can-do attitude and a strong willingness to contribute.
