We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive strategic people initiatives. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations whilst fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports our diverse workforce and business objectives.

. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programmes

. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations

. Lead organisational development initiatives, succession planning, and learning and development programmes to build workforce capabilities

. Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and grievance resolution whilst promoting fair employment practices

..Job Requirements..

. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience

. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM guidelines, and TAFEP fair employment practices

. Proven track record in strategic HR planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams

. Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) preferred excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
