Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Asst. HR Executive / HR Executive to manage foreign worker administration, compliance, and welfare in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full lifecycle of work passes, including application, renewal, cancellation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate onboarding for foreign workers, including arrival arrangements, documentation, and orientation
- Maintain and update worker records, HR databases, and ensure proper tracking of permits, quotas, and certifications
- Oversee worker accommodation and welfare, including dormitory coordination and engagement activities
- Arrange mandatory training and monitor validity of certifications
- Support manpower deployment, workforce planning, and coordination with project teams
- Assist in payroll processing, including levies, insurance, and medical claims
- Manage repatriation processes, including exit clearance and final settlement
- Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports on headcount, quota utilisation, and compliance tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiarity with work pass processes and MOM regulations will be an advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
