About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this is a pivotal, hybrid role that combinesFinancial ReportingandFP&Aresponsibilities. You'll work across teams, influence decision-making with actionable insights, and help drive the finance function forward during an exciting phase of business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports aligned with relevant standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, directly informing key strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and financial systems enhancement.
- Develop financial models and performance analysis to guide business planning.
- Support audit processes and maintain robust financial controls and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experiencein accounting/finance roles,with proven exposure in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Solid knowledge of both financial reporting standards and forward-looking FP&A processes.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in lean, high-growth teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
