Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on communication systems, sub-systems, and workshop-level repairs, strictly following maintenance instructions and procedures. It's essential to maintain tools, test equipment, and test jigs, and also provide technical support and training as needed to meet customer needs. There will be frequent liaising and communication with customers and suppliers, covering quotations, invoices, shipping documentation, and other peripheral duties.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with at least three years of relevant working experience in electronic systems maintenance.
• Strong knowledge and skill in repairing electronic cards and modules are crucial.
• Experience with networks, routers, servers, and computers will be an added advantage.
• The roles demand excellent customer service, problem-solving, communication, and listening skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
