Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Director, where you'll spearhead operational initiatives and collaborate with clinical leads to enhance patient-centric care. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic plans and improve healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage operational activities with a focus on patient-centered initiatives. Collaborate with clinical leads to implement strategic plans effectively. Develop and propose key development projects to ensure sustainable and cost-effective care models. Benchmark performance metrics to enhance value delivery for patients and staff. Foster a service culture to improve patient satisfaction levels. Implement safety and quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of care. Actively manage and optimize resources to ensure cost-effectiveness. Align departmental business plans with overarching organizational strategies and priorities. Monitor and analyze departmental value measures and lead indicators to track performance outcomes. Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. Demonstrated experience in healthcare management, particularly in operational settings. Strong organizational, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills. A driven and passionate individual with a commitment to service excellence. Proven leadership experience in guiding teams toward achieving shared objectives.
