. Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assortment gaps, and emerging consumer demands - translating insights into actionable plans with the commercial team . Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics including GMV growth, traffic & conversion rates and campaign/ BAU performance . Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute assortment and category strategies that drive revenue growth, sales conversion, and overall portfolio expansion . Serve as the venture PIC for assortment programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution . Collaborate cross-functionally with seller engagement, account management, marketing, and regional teams to align on priorities and deliverables . Support campaign planning and execution (including mega campaigns and key double-digit events), with flexibility to work during peak periods . Take ownership of assigned workstreams and mini-projects, driving them from scoping through to execution and follow-up
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field . 1-2 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or a related function - e-commerce experience is a plus . Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills . Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel comfortable working with large datasets . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams and levels . Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality execution . Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing business needs and unstructured environments . Strong verbal and written communication in English conversational Mandarin is a plus . Flexibility to work occasional weekends or public holidays aligned with campaign calendars
