For Structured Deposit & Singapore Government Securities (SGS) Products
Perform trade order placement
Handle the withdrawal/payout/maturity servicing
Perform settlement and handle exceptions
Perform verification of Cash-Related transactions for secondary market
Participate in ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LVs), ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Occasional weekend support may be required.
Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Escalate operational risk incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations is required, with a preference for candidates possessing product knowledge in Money Market and Investment products.
Proven experience in various operational functions, including processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and adhere to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT literacy.
