Expand business to increase sales and generate high operating profits in the ASEAN market in collaboration with each affiliated company.
Communicate well with headquarters in Japan to understand its strategy, policy, and cutting-edge solutions and report the ASEAN market trends.
Build up and keep relationships with current and potential customers.
Create a strategy for developing new business in collaboration with various partners and promote rolling out it from ASEAN for the global market.
Check and improve all internal processes to manage effectively.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or Business related field.
More than 10 years of working experience in public safety business as a project manager of medium to large projects.
More than 5 years of working experience with governmental organization in public safety business.
Highly specialized knowledge for security solutions, biometrics, video analytics, and big data analytics.
Experience in working with a diverse, geographically remote team.
Experience of leading more than 30 people.
Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the talents in the business unit.
Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
Familiar with Corporate Governance and Compliance, knowledge of business planning, human resources development, finance, budget control.
