Role Description
The Associate Trainer will deliver training sessions to staff and stakeholders to ensure competency in library and archive solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training materials, conducting workshops, providing hands-on demonstrations, and offering ongoing support to ensure successful knowledge transfer. This is a part-time, on-site position located in Singapore.
Qualifications
- ACTA /ACLP / AITP certified, with proficiency in training facilitation, curriculum design, and workshop delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of library and archive systems, processes, and best practices is a plus.
- Effective communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to tailor training approaches to different audiences and learning paces
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adaptability
- Passion for empowering others through education and knowledge-sharing
