We invite applications for Associate-level Civil & Structural Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects and ensure successful delivery of projects
• Maintain good client relations
• Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties
• Participate in the tendering of projects
• Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems. Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews
• Training and mentoring juniors
• Design management, coordination and project control on major projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)
• More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of design software
• Good supervision and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skills
• Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage

Buildings Structure:

• Experienced in the design and design management of major building projects such as residential buildings, commercial, institutional, high-rise buildings, schools, etc.
• Familiar with precast and prestressed concrete, steelworks, PPVC and MET will be an added advantage

Geotechnical:

• Experienced in the design and design management of major earth retaining and stabilizing structures, deep foundations, reclamations, ground improvements, slope stabilities
• Familiar with the geotechnical impact assessment of structures and instrumentations
• Familiar with the application of geotechnical FEM software
