Mandatory Skills

• Project Management (basic knowledge or academic exposure acceptable)
• Experience in SCCM deployment (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager)
• Diploma in IT or equivalent (Fresh Uni grads also welcomed)

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification
• Basic understanding of Windows systems administration
• Knowledge of configuration setup and system support

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily system operations and routine IT tasks
• Support project management activities including tracking timelines, documentation, and coordination
• Perform SCCM deployment tasks, including application deployment and updates
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and status updates
• Support configuration setup for systems, devices, and software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations
• Provide basic troubleshooting or escalate when required
